Based in the heart of Chapel Allerton you’d be working within a creative, motivated, hardworking and fun team. This is a new and varied role offering the right person the opportunity to gain experience in many aspects of a locations agency. As with all jobs there are some exciting parts to the job, and some more mundane. All are vital in order to ensure the success of the business!
Location library maintenance
Working alongside the Location Portfolio Manager you will help to maintain our ever expanding database of locations – this includes both our customer facing website and our back end database of location contacts, ensuring that information is up to date, new location submissions are collated and uploaded onto the website.
Working alongside the Location Portfolio Manager you will assist in finding new locations to add to our portfolio. This could involve conducting office based scouting following a specific brief, following up leads from relevant publications, identifying areas that have a high proportion of desirable residential locations and conducting a letter drop.
General Office Administration
You will provide general support to the team by undertaking a number of tasks including invoicing, drawing up location contracts, updating documents, printing and buying office supplies.
Working alongside the Client Portfolio Manager you will assist in dealing with client enquiries from the initial telephone or email brief, through to providing suitable location options, arranging recces and finalising bookings.
Working alongside the MD you will assist in briefing our external agencies on our social media requirements, seeing campaigns through to implementation and evaluation.
Filming / Photographic Shoots
Where possible you will also get the opportunity to assist a location manager in prepping for a commercial film or photographic shoot and then attend the shoot.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain invaluable experience in tv production and bag yourself some great contacts along the way. As we’re a small team, finding the right personality fit is at the top of our list! You need to be willing to roll your sleeves up and muck in, be honest, hardworking, be a real people person and be able to juggle a number of tasks at the same time. It goes without saying that there are some essential skills required too – excellent verbal and written skills, IT literacy and ideally a driving licence. Having an interest in film, tv or photography is obviously an advantage too.
